We think Sally is a Basenji mix! She has the classic chortle-sound, shape-of-the-head, and other features that mark the breed. We calculate her age to be 18 months. True to breed profile(s) she is a great adult people dog, good with other adult dogs around her size or larger, friendly with children. Amazingly "smart", responsive and trainable. Challenge: presents with some excitability around small critters and may have a strong prey-drive. May do best with a dog-savvy owner and no off-leash for her! Great dog for agility training, strong and athletic! Current weight is 43/44 pounds, short hair, light shed. Loyal and wants to please, uber-responsive to voice and hand signal commands. Spayed, up to date on all shots, walks well on a leash. Great dog for an active life style!
