Rent for “One Person” Includes the following: Complete Rates dependant on needs. Prices range from $850.00 to $3500.00, (3500 would be for a person that was completely bed-fast and dependant on 24 hour help including feeding and bathing etc.)

Our rental would be for one person that can not or does not wish to live independently and wants housing supplied with 24 hour companionship, all the way up to and including a complete bedfast individual. Companionship is completely professional. Our Private Home was specially built for handicap and is equipped with handicap accessible bath with roll in shower with bench. We also have private rooms with regular baths. Assistance with bathing and grooming is available if required or requested. We will never have more than three people at any one time in our home. We will take special care with the people that live with us. We have done this type of care for over 17 years. We have a lot of references and experience.

Food and Laundry service would be included with your rent. We prepare food 3 times per day and also include snacks as requested.

We have the ability to assist with transportation via( sun van, public transportation…etc.) Our Private home is 1/2 block from a regular Albuquerque Bus Route. If our tenant needs further companionship and or transportation to and from Dr. Appointments or shopping, then the tenant and Landlord may make additional arrangements.

Common living area will be available for visitors and family. There are various family activities that all can be involved in and our family will include the renter in daily activities, if there is a desire, and also provide needed companionship as desired.
