Established in 2005 with a focus on global mail forwarding. Now we have added services such as mail scanning, cheque processing and soon to come VOIP services. Requirements:

-Must be proficient with Microsoft applications and posses the ability to adapt to new programs;
-Strong written and verbal communication skills required;
-Demonstrated administration and organization skills required;
-Interpersonal skills consistent with a team environment required;
-Logistics experience is a plus;
-Can work with the planning managers and customers to execute the defined customer;
-Develop supplier and customer relationships;
-When needed, troubleshoot areas of constraint and develop viable solutions;

Responsibilities:

-Preparing and reconciling required production and inventory reports;
-Provides input to and participates with other associates focusing on a variety of projects;
-Provides mutual support during absence of other team members during peak times;
-Meets or exceeds total service needs of customers. Takes steps to alleviate issues and improve service efficiency;
-Make profit based decisions in response to business strategy, market needs and profitable execution of the business;
-Coordinate pricing and customer requests with outside sales representatives ;
-Follows the customer order through to pickup or delivery;
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
